Revenue Manager (M/F)

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive ongoing efforts to maximize revenue across all streams within the hotel units.
  • Monitor and measure revenue performance in hotels, spas, restaurants, events, and parking facilities against established goals.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of competitors and market dynamics.
  • Develop revenue management strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and data automation tools.
  • Proficiency in English (CEFR B2).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of price positioning, inventory management, distribution, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software: PMS, Channel Manager, and RMS (preferably Ideas G3 RMS).
  • Professional background in the hospitality sector.
