Job Overview:
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Sustainability, the Sustainability Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting the organization in overseeing and implementing the Savoy Signature (SS) sustainability strategy, planning, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ESG principles.
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring sustainability policies, programs, and goals across all units of the SS collection.
- Analyzing environmental and social impact data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the group’s sustainability performance and reinforce the identity of each hotel within the SS collection.
- Monitoring sustainability metrics and reporting on performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing the Savoy Signature Sustainability Report.
What you need to succeed:
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sustainability management, ESG strategy, or environmental compliance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in leading sustainability projects and cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks, certifications and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create reports to measure and optimize sustainable performance.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
