The Galáxia Skypool, Skybar, and Skyfood rooftop areas are available to all guests (Galáxia Skypool is exclusively for adults). The Jacarandá Club rooftop area is for The Reserve guests only.

Extra beds for children from 0 to 2 years old are free of charge. From 2 to 12 years old, an extra bed costs 35€ per night. From 12 years of age, the cost is 70€ per night.

The hotel provides the guests with an entertainment and activities program that varies throughout the year. Some classes and activities may have an additional cost.
